Our Leadership Philosophy
At Monarch, we believe leadership is a three legged stool which stands on three core values: Empathy, Authenticity, & Accountability.
Empathy is what brings humanity and compassion into our relationships, both personal and professional. Without empathy, trust and buy-in are nearly impossible.
Authenticity creates genuine connection and comfort. When you are your authentic self in all areas of life, including at work, you are able to build confidence and consistency within your personal and professional brand.
Accountability is what makes an effective leader actually effective. By setting clear expectations, following through on commitments, and holding their teams to these standards as well, leaders are able to lead by example, and build successful teams.

We know the impact of a great leader creates a butterfly effect. These leaders are empathetic, authentic & accountable, which creates a more positive & inclusive team culture. When leaders create a positive & inclusive team, those teams go on to spread that positivity & inclusivity within their communities, and as we build more positive & inclusive communities, we build a more positive & inclusive world.
