Erika’s diverse experiences, having lived in three different countries, have shaped her with a unique perspective, deep adaptability, and genuine curiosity when working with clients and addressing their needs. As a bilingual professional, she offers coaching and training in both English and Spanish, expanding access to Monarch Coaching’s full range of offerings. Her strong background in Instructional Design and expertise in Leadership Development helped contribute to her team's recognition as the #1 Training Team in the world. Certified as a Life Coach by IAP, Erika continues to empower others through her distinctive approach to leadership coaching, personal growth, and transformational training.

Taylor brings over a decade of experience in team-level leadership, along with several years in corporate Leadership Development, Coaching, and Team Culture Strategy. As an expert instructional designer, she has played a key role in shaping Monarch’s online programs to align with the principles of adult learning, making them both impactful and accessible. Her passion lies in building high-performing teams through transformational leadership rooted in trust. This belief has been proven time and again, including during her tenure leading the award-winning Leadership Development Team recognized by the Training Network at a top Fortune 500 company.
